Determine your Conflict Resolution Skills

Conflict, strife, and opposing points of view are part of the workplace and part of life — you can’t change that. But, you can learn to be better at managing conflict when it does occur. One way to help you with this is assessing yourself.
Please complete the assessment “What is Your Conflict-Handling Style” in your text in Chapter 14. Also answer the discussion questions. Post a summary of the results of this exercise.
