Money from the Ancient World to the Early Middle Ages

Instruction:

Prepare four notes (approx. 250 words each) on chapters of your choosing from Niall Ferguson’s The Ascent of Money (excluding the Introduction and Afterword). Each note
should summarize the main subjects and themes of the chapter and briefly assess its interpretation of historical events. The notes are to be prepared in formal prose. Each will count towards 5 per cent of the total grade.
